We are hiring: Mechatronics EngineerA fast-growing start-up developing autonomous machines for hydroponic cultivation is looking for a talented engineer to join our team.Key ResponsibilitiesParticipate in the development of hardware as part of the engineering teamDesign and model mechanical parts and assemblies using SolidWorksBuild prototypes, assemble systems, and perform laboratory testingDevelop and execute test protocols for mechanical and electronic systemsTroubleshoot, identify faults, and implement improvements in system performanceWrite technical documentation, user guides, and maintenance instructionsProvide remote and on-site technical support to customers when requiredRequirementsDegree in Mechatronics, Mechanical or Electrical EngineeringProven ability to perform precise assembly and testing of mechanical systemsHands-on experience in mechanical or electronic system integration – an advantageProficiency in SolidWorks – requiredBackground in prototype fabrication and mechanical assembly – advantageExperience working with hydraulic or electronic systems – significant advantageStrong technical writing skills and the ability to solve problems under time pressureCreative thinker with strong analytical and troubleshooting abilitiesCapable of working independently within a small and dynamic start-up environmentExcellent English – reading, writing and verbal communicationLocationBar Lev Industrial Park (between Acre and Carmiel)To ApplyPlease send your CV in English (including place of residence) to 📧 jobs@agwafarm.com
