Always moving forward; we test new ideas to improve our performance and look to learn new skills through research and access to experts.RoleWe are seeking a Media executive to work closely with senior team members to support the launch, management, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and ATL channels, while developing analytical and creative skills in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the planning, execution, and launch of marketing campaigns across digital (programmatic and display) and ATL channels (including linear TV, radio, OOH, activation and audio)Assist in the day-to-day management of campaigns across all channels, including performance monitoring, pacing, targeting, and creative rotation where applicableMonitor campaign delivery and performance, analyze data, and identify optimization opportunities in partnership with senior team membersWork closely with internal teams and external partners to brief, review, and develop creative assets for both digital and ATL campaignsSupport reporting and insights across channels, ensuring accuracy and attention to detailStay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices across digital and traditional mediaRequired Skills & ExperienceExperience in marketing, media, or digital advertisingBasic understanding of digital marketing and media fundamentals, with exposure to either programmatic platforms or ATL media channelsFamiliarity with at least one DSP such as Yahoo DSP, DV360, or The Trade Desk and/or exposure to ATL channels such as TV, radio, or OOHUniversity degree in Marketing, Communications, Mathematics, or a related fieldStrong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and support data-driven decisionsExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsA proactive attitude and strong willingness to learn across multiple media channelsNice to HavePrevious experience in casino, online gaming, or gambling-related industries
