Insights Manager📍 Dammam, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia (On-site)About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Insights Director to lead the end-to-end setup, management, and delivery of media insight products for a key strategic account. The role requires a sharp analytical mind, strong storytelling skills, and the ability to transform data into actionable intelligence that drives business decisions.Based on-site in Dammam, this position offers the opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders, ensuring seamless alignment between insight delivery and client objectives. You will collaborate with both internal and client teams to deliver high-quality, strategic, and timely reports that influence decision-making at the highest levels.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage ad-hoc and regular insight reporting for a high-profile client, providing on-site support for evolving needs.Develop comprehensive analysis reports from scratch, delivering actionable insights and presenting findings to senior stakeholders.Provide strategic input during key events, crises, and other high-impact moments.Oversee and mentor a small on-site team, ensuring quality, alignment, and timely delivery of all outputs.Design and deliver a scalable measurement program aligned with client objectives and KPIs.Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.Leverage AI tools to enhance insight generation, reporting efficiency, and data visualization.Contribute to proposal development, onboarding, and account growth initiatives.What You’ll Bring:Proven experience delivering media and communication insights across sectors.Strong storytelling ability with a passion for turning complex data into clear, actionable narratives.Excellent report writing, analysis, and presentation skills.Confident communicator with experience managing senior stakeholders.Familiarity with AMEC frameworks (qualification is a plus, not mandatory).Collaborative, curious, and driven mindset with a passion for continuous learning and innovation.
