GALE embraces a hybrid, flexible workplaceYour ImpactThe Integrated Media Planner is the day-to-day focal point to the account and is tasked with being well versed in all key accounts agency handles. They will be responsible for research, strategy, and overall budget management of appointed accounts. Must have experience with traditional and digital media.What You Will Be DoingProvide information about the brand, consumer and marketplace that will create the foundation of the media strategyDemonstrate a strong understanding of the client’s business and the consumer journeyMaster the use of general and media industry tools and systemsOwnership of budget tracking, management and reportingDisplay application of media knowledge to address media and business challengesReview paperwork necessary for purchase authorizationsManage the resolution of billing discrepanciesActive involvement in meetings/brainstorm sessionsMeet with media representatives to evaluate opportunitiesWrite POVs and client facing communicationParticipate in professional development coursesWho You AreAt least 1-2 years of agency media planning experienceMust have experience in digital and traditional media channelsStrong communication skillsSolid research and analytical skills, good mathematical aptitude and attention to detailFamiliarity with variety of media tools and softwareAbility to organize, prioritize, work well under pressure with multiple assignments; meet tight deadlines and multi-taskAbility to work independently but also be a team playerBasic computer skills (Excel, Word, PPT)Note: Hybrid work in office is an essential function of the job.Our Commitment to InclusionWe believe in inclusivity and do our best work when people with diverse perspectives, backgrounds, and skills are brought together.
