Our platform connects readers to their communities, delivering everything from local news and lifestyle to real estate and travel.As we expand, we’re looking for a high-performing New Business Account Executive to drive revenue growth and support our expansion plans. If you’re passionate about digital advertising and thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, this role is for you.What You’ll DoProspect, identify, and close new business opportunities.Consistently exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.Build strong client relationships through in-person and virtual meetings.Pitch and sell digital ad products.Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximize revenue.Collaborate with internal teams to launch and manage campaigns.Track and forecast sales activity using CRM tools.Monitor competitors and explore new markets to drive growth.What We’re Looking For3+ years in outside sales experience in media and/or digital advertising.Proven success selling digital ad solutions (display, content, social, video, etc.).Media planning and agency experienceBachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.Proficiency with CRM systems, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.Strong understanding of social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn).Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.Entrepreneurial mindset with resilience, grit, and a growth-driven approach.Highly organized self-starter with a passion for building long-term client partnerships.CompensationOTE: $105,000 – $150,000+ CADBase + commission structure
