Develop and implement a sponsorship sales plan to increase sponsorship revenues and meet overall business objectivesCreate and package sponsorship products and licensing deals across media, events, and content platformsBuild and manage a sponsorship budget aligned with the overall sales strategyDesign and execute sponsor-integrated events that support revenue and brand objectivesDevelop and maintain sponsorship program guidelines to drive recruitment, satisfaction, and retentionManage all sponsorship activities, including prospecting, proposal development, presentations, and servicingLead sponsor contract creation, negotiations, and performance trackingIdentify and approach prospective companies and individuals for sponsorship opportunitiesFollow up on incoming leads and referrals from internal and external sourcesSchedule and conduct meetings with potential sponsors to present tailored proposalsOrganize facility and venue tours for potential sponsors and provide timely informationNegotiate and compile detailed sponsorship contracts and agreementsLead or assist in negotiations with building and title sponsorsParticipate in key industry events, trade shows, and seminars to build relationships and generate leadsFocus heavily on real estate sponsorship and real estate exhibitions as a core revenue streamCreate tailored packages for developers, architectural firms, and real estate investment groupsDevelop sponsorship offerings tied to McFill’s media content and exhibitions
