Learn more about Inclusion & Diversity at PVH here.As Media Specialist for Tommy Hilfiger Europe, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance media campaigns, including; Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Display, and paid social campaigns across European markets. You will own the operational management of Google, Microsoft, Meta, and other social platforms, collaborating closely with internal teams and stakeholders to align the performance media efforts with trading priorities, brand moments, and consumer journeys.This is a hands-on role for someone data-driven and results-oriented, with a passion for using paid media to accelerate growth and performance.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day operations of Google, Microsoft, Meta, and other social platforms ad accounts for tommyhilfiger.com across multiple European markets.Implement keyword and product feeds strategies, bidding tactics, audience targeting, ad copy testing, and A/B experiments to improve campaign efficiency.Optimize campaign performance toward key KPIs including ROAS, traffic, conversion rate, and customer acquisition cost.Collaborate with in-house teams including eCommerce Trade, CRM, Analytics, and Creative to align Performance media strategy with business goals and content calendars.Monitor budgets and pacing across markets, ensuring optimal spend and ROIGenerate performance reports and insights to inform planning and continuous improvementCoordinate with central PVH Digital and Marketing teams to align on cross-brand media innovation and testing opportunitiesStay ahead of platform trends, beta features, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities Measures of Success Achievement of traffic, revenue, and efficiency KPIs for Performance mediaCampaign alignment with key product launches, promotions, and brand campaignsQuality and timeliness of reporting and performance reviewsCollaboration across internal stakeholders and contribution to broader marketing initiativesInnovation and continuous testing roadmap for campaign and performance improvements Ideal Candidate 4+ years of experience managing Performance media campaigns, specially, performance media campaigns (with a strong focus on SEA) in-house or at a digital agencyProven ability to drive performance in a multi-market or multi-language campaign environmentExperience in fashion, retail, or consumer brands is a plusProficient in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta ads and supporting toolsSkilled in performance reporting and analysis using tools such as Google Analytics and Looker StudioStrong Excel skills; experience with BI tools (e.g. Tableau) is a plusKnowledge of feed management and audience targeting strategies is beneficialAnalytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about optimizationCollaborative and communicative, comfortable working across teamsSelf-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlinesCurious mindset with a desire to test, learn, and innovate Your Wellbeing is Our PriorityIn the heart of Amsterdam, PVH is home to the global headquarters of Tommy Hilfiger and the European offices of Calvin Klein.Wellbeing: exclusive onsite gym and fitness classes, personal training, meditation studio, sports clubs, in-house physio, and receive access to our nutritional and wellbeing programsCampus: extensive food and beverage offerings, top-notch restaurant, barista coffee bars, sky bar, monthly social events, weekly Thursday drinks, game nights, and campus-themed activities that will keep your social life busyDevelop your career: whether you lead a team or contribute your own expertise, everyone is a leader at PVH.
