Who are we looking for?Cognito Amsterdam is looking for a PR Consultant with experience or a strong interest in the financial and/or tech sector. With a few years of experience, you know which journalists to approach and have mastered the art of pitching stories. You have a nose for news and can come up with the right angles to help our clients get noticed. Dutch is a plus, but not a requirement; you speak and write excellent English.What will you do?You’ll work closely with clients and colleagues, being responsible for coordinating and managing various PR accounts. From new business pitches, drafting budgets, and defining deliverables to writing press releases, pitching interviews, and reporting results—you ensure that all work is delivered on time, within budget, and up to Cognito's standards.Beyond client work, you'll contribute to Cognito's growth in the Netherlands and internationally. This includes our own PR and marketing, as well as strategic thinking: Where are the opportunities? What can we improve operationally? How should we respond to trends like AI?
