Job Descriptionワクチン・感染症領域を担当するMSL（メディカルサイエンスリエゾン）チームのマネージャーを募集します。本ポジションでは、約5名のMSLを率い、チーム全体のパフォーマンスを向上させることが求められます。単なるマネジメント業務にとどまらず、専門的なサイエンスディスカッションを通じて、チームメンバーとの知識共有や問題解決にも積極的に関わっていただきます。主な業務内容ワクチン・感染症領域におけるMSL (Medical Science Liaison)チームのマネジメントチームメンバーとの科学的なディスカッションや知識共有MSLの能力開発・育成クロスファンクショナルなチームとの連携と情報共有グローバル戦略に基づいた地域戦略の立案と実行スキル・経験MSLチームを率いるフィールドベースのマネージャーとして、医師または科学者の背景を持ち、科学的エンゲージメントに精通していること自社製品に限らず、感染症関連の幅広い知識を持ち、チームのロールモデルとなること高レベルのコーチングスキル、医療・薬理学的理解、洞察力を持ち、MSLの能力開発をサポート外部の専門家および内部・外部のステークホルダーとの強固な関係を構築事前に定義されたメディカルプランに基づき、外部エンゲージメント計画を開発・実行他の部署と緊密に連携し、科学的エンゲージメント活動から得られた知識と洞察を活用MSLのパフォーマンスおよび日本のメディカルアフェアーズによって合意された（GlobalともAlignした）KPIに責任を持つHCPや医療機関・科学団体とのピアツーピアの科学的関係を確立し、情報ニーズに対応し、自社の医療、商業、研究戦略に役立つ洞察を得るチームメンバーのスキルを評価し、潜在的な領域を見つけ、開発の道筋を定義し、必要なトレーニングを提供MSLのロールモデルとして、エンゲージメントおよびスキルを教える役割資格および経験理系の修士号、博士号。薬剤師、看護師、または医師免許保持者（獣医師・歯科医師も含む）製薬業界のメディカルアフェアーズでの少なくとも3年間の経験MSLとしての経験があることが望ましいチームプレーヤーとして貢献できる、良好なコミュニケーションスキル・協調性適切な規制、SOP、顧客のニーズに基づいた意思決定を行う能力チームマネージメントの経験高レベルの英語コミュニケーションスキル（ビジネスレベル、TOEICスコア800点を目安とする）Current Employees apply HERECurrent Contingent Workers apply HERESearch Firm Representatives Please Read Carefully Merck & Co., Inc., Rahway, NJ, USA, also known as Merck Sharp & Dohme LLC, Rahway, NJ, USA, does not accept unsolicited assistance from search firms for employment opportunities.
