The company focuses on developing and delivering therapeutic solutions in areas of high unmet medical need, combining scientific excellence, digital innovation, and a strong commitment to improving patients’ lives.For our office in Tirana we are looking for an Medical Affairs Senior Manager SKI- Primary & Specialty Care.Responsibilities:Working within the Medical Affairs Dept. as a responsable of the Scientific Knowledge Intelligence Unit (SKI), acting as medical scientific connection between all the therapeutic areas and internal/external stakeholders.Manage the scientific training, interacting with business partners regarding scientific contents, activities and projects.Manage and collaborate with Medical Affairs Dept. to the development of new products / projects in line with the innovation plan.Manage the generation of new data, analysis of existing literature and publications.Lead and manage the scientific training activities.Ensure the management of the onboarding process related to the scientific presentation (learning owner) for new entry.Maintain updated clinical, scientific and technical expertise in Company’s therapeutic areas, throughout an extensive bibliographic research with strategic analysis and updating training materials and/or newsletter for FOE.Collaborate with the Medical Affairs function, in developing presentations and scientific insights in inter-company contexts.In collaboration with Medical Affairs Dept. ensure the support of Drug Safety & Regulatory Affairs Department from a scientific medical point of view.Know the legal, deontological and corporate rules governing the activities within their competence, and act in compliance with them. Qualifications: Medicine & Surgery Degree or Scientific Degrees: Pharmacy, Biology, Biotechnology or equivalent in Medical Science.Required Skills:Knowledge of pharmaceutical Italian regulations and internal policies.Ability to use (advanced) the main bibliographic research systems (i.e. PubMed, Embase etc.).Fluent English and Italian.Knowledge of the main productivity and collaboration tools (Google Workspace, MS Office).
