Job Title: Physician Consultant Location: United States (Remote) Engagement Type: Consulting – Part-Time Commitment: Approximately 13–20 hours per monthAbout the RoleWe are seeking experienced, actively practicing physicians to join as Physician Consultants for an innovative Ambient AI initiative focused on transforming healthcare workflows. This role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to enhance intelligent voice documentation and clinical workflow optimization tools that support real-world clinical environments.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide expert clinical insights and feedback to guide the development and optimization of ambient AI and voice-enabled documentation tools.Participate in product testing, user experience sessions, and workflow validation exercises.Collaborate with engineering, data science, and UX teams to ensure clinical accuracy and usability.Offer recommendations to improve AI-driven extensions and EHR integration for clinical documentation.Required QualificationsActively practicing physician, with at least 50% of time spent seeing patients in both ambulatory and inpatient settings.Currently affiliated with a healthcare organization or practice supporting 10+ specialties.Prior experience using ambient documentation tools or voice-enabled clinical assistants (e.g., Nuance DAX, Suki, or similar).Familiarity with EPIC EHR and exposure to additional EHR systems.Proficiency with standard collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, Zoom).Ability to commit approximately 13–20 hours per month for consulting and feedback sessions.
