The Medical Director will oversee and manage medical operations, guide healthcare initiatives, and collaborate with physicians to ensure the delivery of quality care. Responsibilities include developing and implementing clinical policies, mentoring healthcare providers, evaluating medical practices, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.QualificationsExpertise in Medicine, with specializations in areas such as Cardiology, Neurology, or OncologyExperience in working collaboratively with other Physicians and healthcare professionalsStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsProven ability to align clinical services with regulatory and ethical standardsAdvanced medical degree (MD or equivalent) with relevant certifications or specializationPrior experience in a leadership or directorial role within the healthcare sector is preferredFluency in English and Arabic is highly desirable
