Company Description PT FENI HALTIM is a leading company specializing in the production of ferronickel, based in Buli, East Halmahera Regency, North Maluku Province. Established on May 24, 2011, it is a strategic project by ANTAM aimed at increasing the added value of ANTAM's nickel reserves through nickel ore processing activities. The construction of the Feni Haltim ferronickel plant represents a major advancement in creating value-added products and enhancing the competitiveness of the national industry. Role Description This is a contract-based role for a Medical Doctor, located on-site in Halmahera. The Medical Doctor will handle daily tasks including providing medical consultations, conducting physical examinations, and diagnosing and treating medical conditions. They will also be responsible for ensuring health and safety compliance, managing medical emergencies, maintaining accurate medical records, and promoting health education to employees. Collaboration with the occupational health team to create a safe working environment is essential. Qualifications A medical degree and valid medical license to practice are required.Experience in clinical diagnosis, treatment, and health management for occupational or industrial settings preferred.Strong ability in conducting physical examinations and handling medical emergencies effectively.Knowledge of health and safety regulations and practices in workplace environments.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively and provide clear guidance on medical procedures and wellness initiatives.Proven attention to detail and the ability to maintain meticulous medical records and documentation.Proficiency in medical software or related systems is a plus.Willingness to work on-site in a dynamic and industrial environment.
