The Candidate will play a key role in guiding clients through the process of selecting the best medical insurance policies, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care.Key Responsibilities;Client Engagement: Proactively handle inbound inquiries, delivering expert advice on medical insurance products to new and existing clients.Consultative Sales: Understand client needs and recommend insurance solutions using strong consultative and negotiation skills.End-to-End Service: Ensure a seamless and exceptional client experience from the initial contact to policy issuance.Quotations and Presentations: present and clearly explain insurance quotations, providing expert guidance to facilitate informed decisions and successfully close deals.Relationship Building: Establish trust and long-term relationships with clients by demonstrating empathy, professionalism, and a customer-first approach.Desired Skills;Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.Sales Expertise: Minimum 2 years of experience in medical insurance sales and administration.Good Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills in English with a professional and friendly tone.
