Role Description This is a full-time remote position for Spanish-English Medical Interpreters. The primary responsibilities include providing high-quality remote medical interpretation services via Over-The-Phone Interpretation (OPI) and Video Remote Interpretation (VRI). You will facilitate effective and accurate communication between healthcare providers and Spanish-speaking patients, ensuring the accurate translation of medical terminology while upholding confidentiality and cultural sensitivity. Maintaining professionalism and compliance with industry standards will be an integral part of your role. Qualifications Strong skills in Medical Interpretation and Interpreting to ensure clear, accurate communication between healthcare providers and patients.Proficiency in Translation and Simultaneous Interpretation for real-time and precise language solutions.In-depth knowledge of Medical Terminology in both Spanish and English, along with the ability to accurately convey complex medical concepts.Excellent verbal communication, active listening skills, and cultural sensitivity.Ability to work independently in a remote environment with high reliability and professionalism.Certifications in medical interpretation or translation are highly preferred.Relevant work experience as a medical interpreter is desirable.
