Job DescriptionsConduct all works in accordance with company policies, procedures and work instructions所有工作应符合公司政策、程序和工作说明Effectively and timely implement all test service delivery activities, including, but not limited to：有效并及时地实施所有测试服务交付活动，包括但不限于： Handling of medical test projects properly and timely according to customer requirements按客户要求妥善并及时地处理医疗测试项目 Master testing technology when necessary掌握必要的测试技术 Communicate with laboratories internally and clients externally与内部实验室和外部客户进行沟通 Support sales for preparation of medical test quotation and contract review as TC支持销售准备医疗测试报价和作为技术颁证官进行合同评审工作 Be familiar with medical test applicable standards, procedures and customized requirements熟悉适用的医疗测试标准、程序和定制要求 Updating the state of the art regulatory and applicable standards knowledge更新最新的法规和适用标准知识 Maintenance and extension the personnel qualification as far as possible as business required根据业务需要尽可能维护和扩展人员资质 Maintenance and extension laboratory accreditation维护和扩展实验室认可 Compliance with local applicable testing and laboratory certification/accreditation regulation遵守当地适用的测试和实验室认证/认可法规 Review test project as reviewer or Technical Certifier作为评审员或技术颁证官对测试项目进行评审Corporation with all department colleagues与所有部门同事合作Contribution to lab accreditation extension支持扩展实验室认可资质Lead the team and assist LFM in developing new business field领导团队并协助本地事业部经理开发新业务Support department development strategy支持部门发展战略Support LFM to explore new business and implement business goals支持本地事业部经理开拓新业务并实现商业目标Job RequirementsA master’s degree or above, with at least 8 years of work experience硕士学位及以上，至少八年工作经验Specialty Know how:专业知识: test project handling skill测试项目处理技能 rich experience and knowledge for active medical devices对有源医疗器械拥有丰富的经验和知识 Good communication skills良好的沟通技巧 Awareness of cooperation具有合作意识 Intermediate professional title preferred具备中级职称优先
