THE OPPORTUNITYOur client, a leading American provider of independent medical exams, peer reviews, and medical compliance-related services, is looking for a Medical QA Analyst! They are at the forefront of delivering cutting-edge technology and innovative solutions that streamline record retrieval, online record ordering, and e-summaries for the legal and insurance industries nationwide.As the Medical QA Analyst, you’ll play a key role in supporting critical operations by reviewing medical reports for completeness and accuracy, tracking documentation across relevant systems and databases, and responding to inquiries and communications related to patient records.In addition, you'll contribute to ensuring compliance with applicable healthcare regulations and help management address documentation-related issues as they arise. This is an excellent opportunity for detail-oriented nurses who are looking to apply their clinical knowledge in a non-bedside setting while making a meaningful impact behind the scenes.This position requires daily onsite work at our BGC office on a night shift schedule aligned with US Eastern Time (8:30 PM to 5:30 AM PHT). A sign-on bonus of PHP 50,000 will be offered to the successful candidate!Key ResponsibilitiesReview and verify medical reports for completeness, accuracy, and consistencyMaintain and update documentation in designated systems and databasesRespond to enquiries and manage communications with internal and external stakeholdersMonitor compliance with relevant healthcare regulations and standardsAssist management in identifying and resolving documentation or compliance issuesEnsure timely submission of reports and records in line with organizational deadlinesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality assurance concernsFlag discrepancies or inconsistencies in documentation and escalate as neededParticipate in audits and support audit preparation effortsContribute to continuous improvement initiatives in documentation and quality processesSkills, Experience & QualificationGraduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing (Registered Nurses is ideal) or related Medical or Healthcare backgrounds.Experienced in clerical or administration support for medical or healthcare accountExperienced in handling or reviewing medical data or documentation is preferredProficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and ExcelStrong English communication skills both verbal and written; must be comfortable in taking phone calls and high-volume emails.Strong attention to detail and accuracy; proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectivelyAbility to stay focused and adaptable under pressure and shifting prioritiesASW OFFERSA diverse, inclusive, and supportive company culture.Competitive remuneration.Opportunity to collaborate and work with global clients and stakeholders.Medical benefits.Great Paid Leave entitlements.Team outings, travel opportunities, company parties/events, and other exciting activities.Exposure to an international environment, working with people across Malaysia, Vietnam, the Philippines, and Australia.Industry and role-related training.Ongoing career opportunities.
