Established by leading surgeons who branched out from larger health groups to offer more agile, patient-centric service, the practice now features seven surgeons, with growth plans to onboard three additional specialists in the coming year. With a strong mission to provide swift, comprehensive cancer care and other surgical services, our team upholds a collaborative, respectful, and patient-focused work environment.About The RoleAs a Medical Receptionist, you will be responsible for managing high volumes of incoming calls, coordinating appointments, and supporting patient communication. As the practice grows, responsibilities may expand to include email management, patient recalls, and light billing support.ResponsibilitiesAnswer and manage a high volume of incoming patient phone calls.Schedule and manage patient appointments accurately.Assist with patient recalls and follow-ups.Support email inbox management and patient inquiries.Maintain accurate patient records and assist with basic administrative tasks.Assist with invoice processing and billing inquiries as needed.Collaborate closely with surgeons and other administrative staff to ensure smooth clinic operationsCompetencies And QualificationsMust-Have1-2 years of experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar healthcare administrative role.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to handle patient inquiries with care.Familiarity with healthcare systems and patient record management.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.Detail-oriented and highly organized.Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks.Nice-to-HavePrevious experience with appointment scheduling software or practice management systems.Ability to assist with billing processes.Experience working with Australian healthcare standards and practices.What We Offer100% Remote Work13th Month PayHealthcare (HMO)Complete Benefits Package - SSS, Philhealth, & Pag-ibigPaid Service Incentive Lead (SIL)Paid Philippines HolidaysFree Learning and Development ProgramsApplication ProcessWe understand that searching for a new job can be challenging, and we’re here to support you every step of the way.
