This role requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.ResponsibilitiesAnswer incoming calls and schedule patient appointmentsManage patient referrals efficientlyPerform basic insurance verification tasksStay on Zoom for the entire shift (depending on client requirement)Track work hours using Time DoctorQualificationsPreferred but not required:Previous experience as a medical receptionist, scheduler, or admin assistantFamiliarity with Endocrinology, Psychiatry, Dermatology, and Pulmonology workflowsExperience using Elation EMR and SpruceBasic knowledge of insurance verificationRequired:Strong verbal and written communication skillsReliable computer, high-speed internet, and a quiet work environmentComfortable staying on Zoom throughout the workdayTechnical Requirements (Strictly Verified Before Interview)Applications that do not meet these technical requirements will not be considered.
