Overview of the RoleAs our Dental Billing Training Specialist, you’ll lead live training sessions, guide VA upskilling, and ensure seamless, accurate billing operations through structured instruction, deep expertise, and smart systems.If you have a passion for teaching, a mastery of dental billing workflows, and a commitment to clinical excellence—this role was made for you.💼 Role: This position is for the MMM Support Team🕐 Shift: Full-Time, Monday to Friday📍 Setup: 100% Permanent Work-from-Home💲Salary: Up to $1500/monthlyRESPONSIBILITIES:Instruction & Training DeliveryTeach billing workflows: insurance verification, CDT coding, claims, EOBs, and denialsLead live and recorded sessions focused on payer logic, billing documentation, and audit-readinessFacilitate mock scenarios to deepen system familiarity and code accuracyEvaluation & Performance AssessmentConduct Skills Evaluation Interviews (SEIs) to assess system use, billing logic, and knowledge gapsMonitor trainee progress through TalentLMS, Salesforce, and checklist toolsLead recovery training for VAs returning to the system with billing gapsEscalate retraining needs with structured feedbackContent & Curriculum SupportHelp develop micro-modules on denials, CDT updates, and workflow correctionsRecommend updates to training content based on performance data and clinic needsOngoing Instruction & On-Demand SupportAnswer learner questions around codes, payer rules, and patient communicationDeliver practical coaching on tone and clarity in billing notesIdentify common misunderstandings and flag them for SME team reviewCompliance & DocumentationEnsure HIPAA compliance across billing documentationReinforce accuracy in ledgers, note-taking, and coordination between billing and clinical rolesQUALIFICATIONS:3+ years of U.S.-based dental billing experience, including hands-on insurance coordination and claim workflowsAdvanced knowledge of CDT codes, EOBs, AR follow-up, appeals, and U.S. dental software standardsConfident in leading live trainings, SEIs, and mock walkthroughs with clear communication and instructional skillsExperience onboarding or upskilling VAs, front desk, or billing teams with hands-on trainingFamiliar with HIPAA, ledger accuracy, and audit-readiness standardsFamiliarity with U.S. dental PM software (Dentrix, Open Dental, Eaglesoft)Working knowledge of TalentLMS, Canva, and SalesforceExperience supporting both billing & clinical coordination tasks is a plusPerks of Working With My Mountain Mover✔️HMO with dependent coverage✔️Paid US Holidays✔️Cumulative Paid Time Off✔️Sick, Maternity & Paternity, Bereavement, and Emergency Leaves✔️Performance and Referral Incentives✔️Annual face-to-face team building✔️A culture that values growth, support, and teamwork.Ready to join an incredible team?
