Join our dynamic sales team as a Medical Representative, where your efforts will directly impact the lives of patients managing obesity. You will play a crucial role in promoting our innovative products and fostering strong connections with healthcare professionals in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.Your new roleAs a Medical Representative for Novo Nordisk’s Obesity portfolio, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and establishing robust relationships within your assigned territory. You will directly report to Field Sales Manager.Your main accountabilities will include:Promoting and selling Novo Nordisk’s Obesity products to healthcare professionals, pharmacies, hospitals, and public institutions.Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to reach potential customers while managing existing relationships.Visiting specialists, physicians, pharmacies, and distributors to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services.Responding to customer inquiries, negotiating competitive prices and delivery times, and closing sales orders to meet revenue targets.Identifying prospective customers and cultivating positive relationships that lead to future sales and repeat business.Your new departmentYou will be part of the Obesity Sales team, based in Abu Dhabi & Al Ain. Our team is dedicated to improving the lives of patients by providing innovative solutions for obesity management. Working in a fast-paced and supportive environment, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the success of our team and help achieve our mission of improving patient outcomes.Your Skills & QualificationsTo excel in this role, you should have:A bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Medicine.Minimum 2 years of experience as a Medical Representative in the UAE pharmaceutical sector.Experience in the Diabetes and Obesity market is a plus.Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Arabic is mandatory.As a professional, you possess strong business acumen and a high level of agility, enabling you to quickly adapt to new challenges and capitalize on opportunities. Your focus is on extracting the best possible outcomes from every situation.
