The Company also operates in the fields of smart storage, battery technology, and AIoT.Job Overview:We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Head of Sales to lead our market expansion and sales efforts across the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region. This strategic role is pivotal for driving the growth of The Company's renewable energy solutions in MEA. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned sales leader from the renewable energy or related heavy electrical equipment sector, with an established network and a proven track record in the region.Key Responsibilities:Regional Strategy & Leadership: Develop and execute the comprehensive sales strategy for the MEA region to achieve significant market share and revenue targets for The Company's wind turbine and related renewable energy solutions.Business Development & Client Management: Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including developers, independent power producers (IPPs), engineering firms, government agencies, and utility companies.Market Penetration: Leverage existing relationships and deep market knowledge to accelerate The Company's market entry and growth. Focus on both greenfield projects and existing account development.Deal Negotiation & Closure: Lead complex contract negotiations, working closely with technical, legal, and finance teams to structure and close high-value deals.Team Collaboration: Work closely with the global product management, marketing, and project delivery teams to ensure customer needs are met and company objectives are aligned.Qualifications and Experience:Background: Proven track record as a sales leader, ideally in a similar role (e.g., MEA Regional Head, Head of Sales) within a leading wind energy OEM (e.g., Vestas, Siemens Gamesa, Goldwind, GE Renewable Energy) or a closely related sector such as solar PV, energy storage, or major power infrastructure.Client Network: Must have an established and strong relationship network with key decision-makers in the energy and power development sector across the MEA region. This is a critical requirement.Cultural Fit: Chinese nationality is highly preferred to ensure seamless communication and alignment with the global headquarters. Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is a significant advantage.Experience: Minimum of 10-15 years of relevant sales and leadership experience, with at least 5-7 years focused on the MEA market.Skills: Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strategic thinker with a demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful market entry and growth strategies.Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; an MBA or other advanced degree is a plus.
