Urgent requirement for Scrum Master – Trading & Wealth Domain in bank- Agile methodologies is required for our banking clients in Abu Dhabi ,UAEStrong experience on Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks---MustStrong experience on wealth/trading domain is MustStrong experience in Agile Tools & Delivery Management Jira, Confluence, and Agile reporting tools (burn-down charts, velocity, etc.) is MustStrong experience in Banking is MUSTCertified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM I/II) — mandatory.We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our dynamic team in the Wealth Management and Trading domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and a proven record of enabling high-performing teams within the financial services sector.You will play a key role in driving Agile delivery, removing roadblocks, and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesFacilitate Agile Ceremonies: Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure alignment with Agile principles.Mentor and Coach: Guide team members on Agile best practices and encourage a mindset of continuous learning and improvement.Remove Impediments: Proactively identify and resolve blockers to maintain team progress and momentum.Performance Metrics: Track, maintain, and share team performance metrics to improve visibility and accountability.Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the main bridge between development teams and stakeholders to ensure clarity on priorities, goals, and deliverables.Tool Adoption: Promote effective use of Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence to streamline communication and project tracking.Release Management: Coordinate release planning activities and manage cross-team dependencies to ensure timely, high-quality deliveries.Continuous Improvement: Identify process gaps, lead improvement initiatives, and embed best practices across teams.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.Certification: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.Experience: 5–8 years of total experience, including at least 2 years in banking, wealth management, or financial services.Technical Skills: Strong command of Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, and project management software.Skills: scrum,agile,trading,wealth
