As we grow, we’re looking for passionate professionals who are eager to drive impact and help shape the future of healthcare delivery.Role OverviewOur Medical Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling our company’s pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, increasing product awareness, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.Key ResponsibilitiesPromote and present pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals (HCPs) through regular visits and meetings.Build and maintain long-term relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other medical staff.Conduct product presentations and detailing sessions to explain product benefits, dosage, and clinical uses.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for assigned products and territory.Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and provide timely feedback to the management team.Organize and participate in medical conferences, workshops, and continuing medical education (CME) events.Maintain accurate records of daily visits, prescriptions generated, and sales activities.Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional strategies and campaigns effectively.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Pharmacy (BUE - GUC - MIU )0-3 years in pharmaceutical sales ( Nutrition is preferred )Strong relationship-building and communication skillsAnalytical and results-oriented mindset.Must own a car .What We OfferA mission-driven, collaborative work culture.Growth opportunities within a fast-expanding team.Competitive Packages.Competitive bonus scheme .Interested Candidates can apply on : monikawasimghh@gmail.com
