As we continue to expand our presence in Egypt, we are looking for highly motivated and results-oriented Telesales Representatives to join our outbound sales team.Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound telesales calls to prospective international clients.Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPls).Deliver a high level of professionalism and customer service on each call.Accurately maintain and update records of customer interactions.Collaborate with the wider sales team to improve outreach strategies and outcomes.Candidate RequirementsPrior experience in telesales or outbound calling is essential.Fluency in English is a must.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to meet performance metrics and manage time effectively.Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work well under pressure.Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.Compensation Package:Total package:20,000 EGPBasic Salary: 15,000 EGPTransportation Allowance: 3,000 EGPPerformance & Adherence Bonus: 2,000 EGPCommission: 350 - 540 USD (equivalent)
