Unlocking the full potential of life.Job PurposeMedical Representative RX, Belarus - GrodnoTo promote the company’s products in the allocated territoryKey ResponsibilitiesTo achieve the marketing/promo targets in assigned territory through effective market development and business plan realization:Achieving targets in assigned territory on a periodic basisPresenting and promoting company products and services to current and potential clientsExperience of cooperation with state pharmaceutical structures, state pharmaceutical networksPreparing and implementing action plans for the territoryBuilding and maintaining customer relationshipsOn time reporting to immediate supervisor target performance, visits and merchandising activitiesCooperating with Pharmaceutical Representatives within the common territoryRequired EducationEnsuring compliance with company requirements of policies and proceduresuniversity degree, preferably medical doctor, medical /pharmacy universitiesRequired Skills And ExperiencePrevious experience as a promotion Medical RepresentativeVery good social and communication skillsBusiness and entrepreneurial mindsetExcellent analytical skills, proactive and self-motivatedDemonstrated digital skills to promote remotelyGood skills in MS Office: Word, Excel, PPTClean driving license (B category) and availability to travelfluent Belarussian is a must, good written and spoken English as additional advantageRequired Languagesfluent Belarussian is a must, good written and spoken English as additional advantageAt Recordati we believe in people!
