Medical Sales Representative

Job Description:As a Medical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our dental equipment products to dental practices, clinics, and hospitals. The ideal candidate has 3 to 5 years of experience in medical sales, with a proven track record of building strong client relationships and achieving sales targets.Key Responsibilities:- Identify and generate new sales opportunities within the dental industry - Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations for dental professionals - Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers - Meet and exceed sales quotas and revenue targets - Provide exceptional customer service and after-sales support - Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and product updates - Prepare reports on sales activity and market conditions Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Dentistry, Biomedical Engineering, Business or related field- 3 to 5 years of sales experience in the medical or dental equipment industry - Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth - Strong understanding of dental practices, procedures, and industry standards - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills - Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships - Self-motivated, goal-oriented, with a proactive approach to sales - Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within assigned territory - Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools - Ability to understand and explain technical product information to professional clients - Knowledge of regulatory compliance and healthcare industry standards - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
