Our people serve more than 200,000 medical facilities and work with over 450 clients, including the top 20 pharmaceutical companies in the world.Purpose of the Role:Effectively promote and sales products to hospitals, clinics and doctors in the assigned territoriesImplement the field forces activities to generate demand and achieve sales target Deliver core KPIs achievement such as call plan, product test, call reach, selling timeResponsibility:Promote and Sales assigned products to achieve sales targetImplement field forces driven activities for potential products to create demand generationStudy by heart the products and diseases related products in order to pass good messages to healthcare professionalsApply product knowledge, disease knowledge and sales ACE to the interaction with customersPrepare and update daily, weekly and monthly plan either in electronic platform or prepare on time for line manager’s reviewKnow the main competitors of assigned products in the territoriesMake good relationship with customers in order to create business opportunity about the handling productsProvide accurate product forecasting to line manager within own responsibilitiesAttend product and diseases knowledge training as pass the testBe compliant to the company’s policies, code of practices and guidance while performing job in the fieldCustomer targeting and segmentationKey Result Areas (KRA)• Achieve the sales target by monthly, Quarterly and yearly• Synergize working with team and FLM to execute the plan and give the business impact (sales growth)• Create a good environment of working within the team and within medical sales function• Always comply to the company’s policies, code of practices, guidance and regulations.• To be role model for other members• Accuracy and timely submission of reportsAttributes Required:Must-Have:Qualification and Education Requirements• Hold medical Bachelor’s degree in sales and marketing or in related fields.• Graduated as pharmacy and doctor are more preferred.• Good communication skills• Some knowledge about products and competitors in pharmaceutical field.Relevant Experiences• Have at least 1 year’s experiences in pharmaceutical companies with good performance• Good relationship with hospitals, clinics, doctors and pharmacies in Cambodia• Experienced to work as a team.
