We are seeking a talented individual to join our Employee Benefits team at Mercer Marsh Benefits. This role will be based in Tauranga or Auckland, New Zealand, with a hybrid requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.Mercer Marsh Benefits was born out of the unification of the world’s best human resources consultancy, the global leader in people risk advisory, and the number one disruptive benefits technology firm to form a unique employee benefit business. The Employee Benefits team values building human relationships beyond Employee Benefits and provides industry-focused brokerage, consulting, and claims advocacy services.
