An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Medical Director’s Office, supporting the administrative processes of e-job planning and the Allocate e-job planning system, while acting as the first point of contact for system queries and issues. The role also encompasses managing and supporting the administrative processes related to appraisal and revalidation.The successful candidate will assist system users with electronic job planning, ensuring templates are kept up to date and queries are resolved promptly. In addition, they will support the coordination of training and the production of associated training materials.The post holder will oversee the administrative processes for appraisal and revalidation across all relevant grades of the medical workforce, providing direct support to the lead Consultant for Appraisal and Revalidation and the Trust’s GMC Responsible Officer.Key Duties And ResponsibilitiesE-Job Planning Management: Maintain and update the Trust’s e-job planning system, ensuring data is accurate for new starters, leavers, and existing staff. Assist with generating reports, resolving system issues, and escalating potential problems as required.Appraisal and Revalidation Administration: Support the administrative processes for appraisal and revalidation, ensuring data is accurately collected, inputted, stored, and managed with due regard to confidentiality.Communication and Coordination: Act as first point of contact for system queries via telephone, email, and written correspondence, and liaise effectively with the Medical Workforce team, Trust wide clinicians, and Service Directors.Join us at the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital and be part of a workforce of over 10,000 staff!The NNUH is one of the largest NHS trusts in the UK, providing first-class acute care for around one million people, living in Norfolk and surrounding areas.
