Job DescriptionOversee the sorting center processes (such as inbound, sorting and outbound) and team members to ensure all Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and targets are achievedCreate of schedule and monitoring of tasks and duties; manage overall performance and attendanceEnsure all deliveries are received, checked, processed and endorsed to the next process within agreed timelinesNotify appropriate departments when there is non-conformance or shortage/overages are foundEnsure all transfers are processed immediately upon arrival into the warehouseProvide reports to Functional Lead and/or SOC Lead for internal performance reportingRequirementsGraduate of Bachelor of Science in Industrial EngineeringPreferably has 2-5 years of experience in E-commerce, Logistics and Warehousing Has supervisory experience, both for direct and agency employeesKeen with details and has background in process improvementKnowledgeable with MS and Google Applications
