As a leader candidate, you will lead the planning and management of various health promotion initiatives and contribute to maintaining and improving employees' health.Position Details Planning and operation of Annual Health Checkup, Influenza vaccinations, and Stress check Operating of Health consultation services for employees and management of company doctor interview Managing of the Health committee Responding to inquiries about occupational accidents Planning and management of infectious disease countermeasures Planning and implementation of mental Health care education for employeesWe may ask you to participate in PJT within your team and in PJT conducted by other departments beyond your team, as well as in project management.Mandatory Qualifications Experience in HR operations at a business company Basic knowledge of labor-related laws and regulations Experience in labor relations (e.g., handling employees on leave) Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders to advance tasks Ability to cope in fast-changing environments and ambiguous situationsDesired Qualifications Experience in occupational health workIdeal candidate profile A person who can think from the standpoint of both employees and the company.
