Job Description

The Member Services Representative reports to the National Member Relations Director and is responsible for assisting all members in day-to-day support as well as executing administrative reporting and data entry. This team member must be well versed in all clubs’ programming and regular procedures as well as provide exceptional customer service via phone and email correspondence with members.  Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Managing Inbound Member Questions and RequestsAssisting in Administrative Functions Providing Exceptional Customer Service and Problem-Solving for Inbound Member Feedback & EscalationsMeeting Outreach & Touchpoint QuotasRequirements: Bachelor's degree preferred, but not requiredExceptional hospitality and customer service skillsStrong verbal and written communications skillsProven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detailJob BenefitsComprehensive healthcare packages Vision, eye, and Dental PlansFlexible office with one work from home day per week Opportunity to work on a passionate, quickly growing team with opportunities for internal organizational advancement The Gathering Spot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
