Ubuntu Labour Support is committed to fostering equitable labor practices and supporting the rights of individuals in the workforce.We are now expanding our team and looking for a driven, confident and people-focused individual to assist with admin, client communication, and membership sales.Position OverviewThe Admin & Membership Consultant will play a key role in helping workers connect with our services.You will handle day-to-day administrative tasks, call and follow up with potential members, confirm bookings for consultations, and help grow our membership base through excellent customer service.Key Responsibilities🟠 Administrative DutiesRespond to client messages via WhatsApp, phone, and email.Capture client details accurately in our system.Manage and confirm consultation bookings with ULS consultants.Keep daily and weekly reports of calls, bookings, and sign-ups.🟢 Membership SalesContact potential leads (provided by ULS or self-generated).Explain membership plans and benefits (R49 individual, R79 household).Guide clients through the sign-up process via WhatsApp or phone.Follow up with interested clients to close sales.🔵 Customer ServiceProvide basic information about CCMA, UIF, and workplace disputes.Build trust with workers and ensure a positive client experience.Escalate complex cases to the National Sales Manager or Consultants.Skills & Competencies✅ Strong communication and people skills✅ Excellent phone etiquette and confidence in speaking to clients✅ Basic admin and computer/WhatsApp skills✅ Reliable, self-motivated, and target-drivenRequirementsSmartphone with WhatsApp and internet accessMust be fluent in English (plus isiXhosa or Setswana preferred)Available for flexible working hoursMust be passionate about helping workersEarnings💰 Commission-Based Only (No Basic Salary):Earn a set commission per membership signup.
