On behalf of Huawei, a world-renowned information and communication technology company, we are seeking passionate and talented individuals to join our team as MEMS Microphone ExpertWe are seeking a highly skilled MEMS Microphone Expert to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems (MEMS), particularly in the design, fabrication, and packaging of RF MEMS. You will play a key role in advancing our acoustic MEMS technology and contributing to the development of next-generation acoustic solutions.Key responsibilitiesWork on the development of high performance, directional MEMS Microphone. Insight into the development trends of the MEMS microphone industry and propose innovative, revolutionized, competitive design. Perform design, modelling and simulations to predict performance and optimize designs.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including MEMS, ASIC, packaging, Algorithm and software engineers to integrate MEMS technology into products.Build the experimental/testing platform and conduct testing and characterization to verify the performance of the microphone.Stay updated on industry trends, advancements, and best practices in acoustic MEMS technology.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.Qualifications and skills 1. Master’s or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Acoustics, or a related field. 2. Rich knowledge of acoustic/fluid principles and MEMS microphone; familiar with the principle, pros and cons of assorted microphones. 3. Hands-on experience in designing, modeling, and simulating MEMS microphones, including knowledge of simulation tools. 4. Familiarity with MEMS fabrication processes and cleanroom protocols; 5. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team. 6. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
