ResponsibilitiesProvide evidence-based coaching sessions via videoUtilize digital lessons, videos, and assessments to your clients between sessions to enhance learning and monitor quantitative improvementRegularly attend peer group consultation meetingsAccess and participate in continued coach development trainingsMaintain adherence to Lyra’s coaching model and quality standardsRequirementsGraduated from a comprehensive Level 1 or Level 2 coaching program accredited by the ICF, or ICF-credentialed coach (ACC, PCC, MCC)Completed a minimum of 100 coaching hours with adults post graduationFull professional proficiency in EnglishResides and works in Japan for at least 9 months of the yearPerks of contracting with LyraReferrals of motivated clients from diverse backgroundsEnjoy flexibility in schedulingPaid ongoing learning opportunities about evidence-based mental health coaching topics like delivering culturally responsive careReceive ICF approved CCE units upon completion of onboardingPeer connection with other coachesOngoing support from Lyra’s clinical and coaching teamThank you for your consideration, please attach your resume, certificate of completion from your ICF accredited program, and/or your ACC, PCC, MCC credential."We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
