In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems for our projects, ensuring efficient operations, and driving innovation in our engineering processes.Lead and coordinate MEP activities across multiple projects, ensuring seamless integration with other engineering disciplinesDevelop and implement MEP strategies to optimise performance, reduce costs, and enhance sustainabilityOversee the design, installation, and maintenance of MEP systems for various infrastructure projectsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met on time and within budgetManage budgets, schedules, and resources for MEP-related activitiesEnsure compliance with local Saudi Arabian regulations, safety standards, and quality control measuresConduct regular site inspections and audits to maintain high standards of MEP operationsIdentify and implement innovative solutions to improve efficiency and sustainability in MEP systemsMentor and develop junior engineers and technicians within the MEP teamPrepare and present technical reports and recommendations to senior management and stakeholdersStay abreast of the latest MEP technologies and industry best practices to maintain a competitive edgeQualificationsBachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil EngineeringMinimum 12 years of experience in MEP engineering, with a focus on large-scale infrastructure projectsProven track record in team leadership and project managementStrong knowledge of MEP systems and their application in various types of infrastructureFamiliarity with Saudi Arabian construction and engineering standardsIn-depth understanding of local MEP regulations and codesExperience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) softwareExcellent skills in MS Office Suite for reporting and data analysisProject Management Professional (PMP) certification preferredStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a multicultural environmentWillingness to work on-site in Khafji, Saudi ArabiaProficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is advantageous
