MEP Manager (Mechanical)

China State Construction Middle East is recruiting MEP Manager to lead the MEP coordination team in a Large scale project in Ras Al Khaimah.Position Summary:To Take a leading role from main contractor side for MEP works , from starting of the project , authority approval and testing–commissioning works.Duties and Responsibilities:Verify all the tender design drawingsVerify the rooms for negotiations and engineering solutionsKnowledge in cost and time impactsClear knowledge in authority requirementsCoordinate with MEP contractor for all engineering, progress and completionWork independent with one supportive draughtsman support.Knowledge both Electrical and Mechanical operations and calculations.Knowledge in site coordination problems with solutionsRequirements:Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering15+ Years of work experience (Relevant experience in Hotel projects Projects)
