MEP Project Director

The Opportunity In This Role You WillLead project oversight across all disciplines including electrical, mechanical, controls, and architecturalManage stakeholder relationships and hold teams accountable to deliverablesDrive program efficiencies while maintaining safety and quality standardsRepresent client interests and manage project risk with a focus on cost and time impactReview construction drawings and identify gaps or opportunities to expedite work packagesCoordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal client-side teams to ensure alignment and performanceDevelop and implement temporary works plans and ensure compliance with BMS, electrical, and mechanical standardsMaintain strong administrative processes including audit trails, reporting blockers, next steps, and recommendationsTrack weekly progress and report key metrics to internal and external stakeholdersSupport operational excellence through procedure reviews and best practice implementationLead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for equipment or system failuresWork within ACC, SharePoint, and site-based tools to manage documentation and drawings We would love to hear from you if you have: Proven experience managing data centre construction projects, including live environmentsStrong MEP background with technical services expertiseExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsMethodical decision-making and solution-oriented mindsetProficiency in project management tools and platforms (e.g., ACC, SharePoint)Ability to work independently and collaboratively within multi-disciplinary teamsUnderstanding of temporary works and construction safety protocolsThe salary range for this role is between $165,000 and $225,000 but actual salary offered is dependent on experience, skill set and education.About UsLinesight is a highly successful global project and cost management consultancy that keeps clients coming back.
