MEP Project Manager

Ideal Candidate ProfileA mid-level Electrical Project Manager with 4–6 years of experience in construction project management, ideally within data center projects.Holds a degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction, or Project Management, and preferably PMP certified (or pursuing). Strong communicator, detail-oriented, collaborative, and proactive with a focus on safety, quality, and relationship-building.Key Responsibilities・Manage and deliver electrical packages for data center construction projects.・Lead coordination with clients, consultants, and contractors.・Monitor site progress, safety, and quality through regular inspections and meetings.・Review and track variations, delays, and critical activities.・Implement project procedures and drive continuous improvement.・Prepare weekly action plans and ensure stakeholder follow-through.Requirements・4–6 years’ relevant project management experience in electrical or data center construction.・Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Construction, or PM.・Strong verbal and written English communication skills.・Team-oriented mindset and problem-solving approach.・Detail-driven, safety-conscious, and client-focused.・PMP or similar certification a plus.
