MEP Quality Assurance Lead Company: HFN Investments Location: Lagos, Nigeria Engagement Type: Full-time, Project-based Salary Range: ₦500,000 – ₦1,000,000 / monthAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced MEP Quality Assurance Lead to provide rigorous technical oversight and ensure the highest standards of quality and compliance across all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) installations during projects' critical delivery stages.The successful candidate will champion system integrity, operator compliance, and precision in execution, ensuring every installation meets both international brand standards and local regulatory requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), method statements, and commissioning protocols for all MEP trades.Oversee MEP quality assurance during the Mock-Up Room (MUR), first fix, testing, commissioning, and final handover stages.Review MEP drawings, specifications, and submittals for alignment with Radisson brand standards and project requirements.Conduct periodic site inspections and ensure deviations are tracked, documented, and resolved with precision.Liaise with design consultants, general contractor, and operator technical services team to maintain compliance and consistency.Maintain comprehensive QA/QC documentation, including inspection reports, non-conformance logs, and corrective action trackers.Support the Project Manager and Technical Advisor in quality benchmarking and risk mitigation related to MEP systems.Facilitate system testing, commissioning, and operator sign-offs in readiness for handover.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering (or related discipline).5–10 years’ experience in MEP quality assurance/quality control on high-end hospitality, mixed-use, or commercial developments.Strong working knowledge of HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, fire protection, and ELV systems.Proven experience working with international hotel brands (e.g., Radisson, Hilton, Marriott, Accor) or Tier-1 construction firms.Familiarity with international codes and standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, BS, IEC) and local regulatory frameworks.Excellent analytical, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.Certification in QA/QC Management, Project Management, or MEP Engineering is an added advantage.What We OfferOpportunity to contribute to a landmark international hospitality project in Lagos.Collaborative, high-performance environment with exposure to top-tier consultants and operators.
