RONGXIN INTERNATIONAL TRADING COMPANY LIMITED. is looking for MerchandiserJob Description / ResponsibilityProduct Development & SamplingCoordinate with buyers to understand product requirements and specifications.Develop product samples according to buyer’s design, quality, and timeline.Ensure sample approval before starting bulk productionOrder ManagementReceive and confirm orders from buyers.Prepare costing, pricing, and production schedules.Follow up with the factory for order execution and shipment deadlines.Communication & CoordinationMaintain regular communication between buyers, suppliers, and production teams.Update buyers on order status, shipment plans, and any issues.Handle correspondence related to fabric, trims, accessories, and approvals.Production Follow-UpMonitor production processes to ensure on-time delivery and quality.Solve production-related issues in coordination with factory and quality teams.Conduct inspections or arrange buyer inspections before shipment.Quality AssuranceEnsure the final product meets buyer’s quality standards.Coordinate testing, labeling, and packaging according to buyer’s requirements.Logistics & ShipmentPrepare export documents and coordinate with the logistics department.Ensure timely shipment and delivery of goods.Market & Trend AnalysisStay updated on fashion trends, fabric innovations, and market demands.Suggest new product ideas to buyers or management.Costing & NegotiationCalculate cost of garments and negotiate prices with buyers or suppliers.Control production cost without compromising on quality.Educational RequirementsBachelor of Science (BSc)MastersSkills Required: Production Management (Knitting & Weaving), Knowledge of both Knit and Woven garment manufacturing, Good communication skills in both English and BanglaExperience Requirements7 to 10 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Trading or Export/ImportAdditional RequirementsChinese Language proficiencyJob LocationDhaka (Uttara)
