Position: MerchandiserExperience: Minimum 3 yearsSpecialization: Woven GarmentsLocation: 10th of Ramadan CityJob Summary:We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Merchandiser with experience in woven garments to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage client accounts, handle pricing and costing, follow up on production, and ensure all orders move smoothly through Odoo — from development to shipment.Key Responsibilities:Act as the main point of contact between the client and the factory for all order-related communication.Manage merchandising operations through Odoo, including order entry, BOM creation, and production tracking.Prepare detailed cost sheets and ensure accurate pricing and consumption calculations.Create and review Bills of Materials (BOM), ensuring all fabrics, trims, and components are aligned with client specifications.Follow up daily with internal departments (sampling, planning, production, and quality) to ensure timelines are met.Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for trims, embroidery, and accessories.Track sample development, approvals, and shipments through Odoo and maintain updated T&A reports.Monitor order progress and proactively resolve any delays or production issues.Ensure all client comments, changes, and approvals are clearly communicated and implemented.Support documentation, invoicing, and export coordination when required.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Textiles, Fashion Merchandising, or Industrial Management.Minimum 3 years of experience in merchandising for woven garments (shirts, trousers, dresses, jackets, etc.).Experience using Odoo ERP (or other ERP systems).Excellent communication and fluent English (spoken and written).Solid understanding of costing, pricing, and consumption analysis.Knowledge of fabric types, trims, and garment construction.Highly organized with strong follow-up and time management skills.Professional, client-oriented attitude and attention to detail.Preferred:Experience in export manufacturing and working with international clients.Knowledge of quality and compliance standards (BSCI, WRAP, Sedex, OEKO-TEX).Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office tools.
