About OXXOWith over 70 stores across 20 countries, we continue to grow by combining innovative design, premium quality, and a customer-centered approach.We are now looking for a Merchandiser to join our dynamic team in İstanbul and contribute to OXXO’s global growth journey.Your Key ResponsibilitiesManage and monitor critical path processes to ensure timely and accurate production flow with factories and suppliers.Coordinate and communicate production order details across relevant departments.Follow up on end-to-end production processes, ensuring alignment and efficiency.Guarantee on-time delivery and compliance with OXXO’s quality standards.Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to achieve operational excellence.What We’re Looking ForGraduated from Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a related department,Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in production or merchandising,Strong technical knowledge and solid understanding of woven product groups and production dynamics,Experienced in reporting, data analysis, and monitoring production performance indicators,Proficient in MS Office applications and digital reporting tools, with the ability to interpret data and improve processes,Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills,Fluent in English (both written and spoken),A team player with a dynamic, result-oriented, and responsible work approach.What We OfferA dynamic work environment within a global and fast-growing fashion company,Professional development opportunities and exposure to international projects,Commuter and meal benefits,Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:30 (Fridays until 17:00),Weekends off.Join UsIf you are passionate about retail, motivated by growth, and ready to make a difference, apply now to be part of OXXO’s inspiring journey.
