Celebrating its 30th anniversary the group has over the years built an enviable position as the specialist in quality fashion footwear and accessories which has given it a unique position at the high end of the high street.About the roleAs a key connector between Buying and Merchandising, you’ll be the go-to person ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.In this dynamic role, you’ll take ownership of the critical path, manage delivery schedules, and handle order raising with precision. You’ll also dive into data, producing insightful weekly and ad-hoc reports that help drive smart decisions. Your analytical mind and sharp eye for detail will be essential in supporting the team with both strategic analysis and day-to-day admin.If you thrive in a collaborative environment, love keeping things organised, and enjoy turning numbers into stories, this is your chance to make a real impact.RESPONSIBILITIES:Planning & AnalysisSupport seasonal planning and budget decisionsKeep the range plan up to dateOrder ManagementMaintain the critical path and liaise with suppliersRaise and manage purchase orders with accuracyIntake & DeliveryUpdate delivery schedules weeklyAssist with store transfer communicationTrading SupportPrepare weekly trade packs and daily sales reportsPromotionsCompile line lists and update promotional calendarsLoad price changes into the systemReporting & InsightsAnalyse data to spot trends and support decision-makingHelp maximise sales through reporting and team supportEXPERIENCE / SKILLS REQUIRED:Competent Excel userExcellent knowledge of all basic merchandising principlesExcellent communication skills both verbal and writtenProfessional approach, accurate, honest, tactful, self-motivated and enthusiasticAble to work independently, take initiative and work as part of a teamThe ability to build good relationshipsA passion for Retail industryExcellent time management skillsAdaptive and flexible to fast paced Retail environmentAbility to plan and prioritise workload in line with the needs of department and companyDesiredPrevious administration experience.A related degree and a head office placement within a similar retailerAbout the perksBlended working – spreading your time across our office and remote workingBrand new sustainable office in bustling West London (near Westfield)Friendly and open culture with flat structures allowing plenty of opportunity for development.Company growth and opportunity; Dune is opening new stores and channels and evolving all the timeOpen-minded company, welcoming thoughts and ideas to be sharedWorking with charitable organisations to help raise funds and give something back.
