From the atelier in Stockholm, we create collections spanning ready-to-wear, shoes, bags, accessories and jewelry.The roleTOTEME is looking for a Merchandising Analyst to join our Stockholm team for a full-time position. In this role, you will support the Merchandising team with insights and analysis that guide assortment, pricing, and commercial decision-making. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to build a strong understanding of product performance across all channels and markets. You will report to the Merchandising Director.ResponsibilitiesConduct collection and product analysis to generate actionable insights for collection development and planning.Perform competitive pricing benchmarking and pricing analysis to support pricing strategy and price setting across channels and regions.Deliver ongoing performance analytics through dashboards, KPIs and business reviews.Produce market and trend reports with insights into consumer behaviour, competitor activity and emerging merchandising opportunities.Lead end-of-season product performance reporting.Collaborate with Merchandising, Buying, Planning and other internal teams to align insights and support decision-making.Participate in and contribute to TOTEME’s social and environmental sustainability strategy.Your profileSeveral years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a luxury or premium fashion brand.Relevant educational background in business, economics, merchandising, fashion management or a related field.Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data.Ability to translate findings into clear, actionable insights.Brings experience working both analytically and close to product, with a strong understanding of product and customer behaviour.Strong proficiency in Excel; experience with analytics platforms is a plus.Strong communication skills and a collaborative working style.About youProactive and adaptable, with a high attention to detail.Analytical, structured and comfortable working with multiple priorities.Curious, commercially minded and motivated by understanding product and customer behaviour.Thrives in a team environment and values open feedback.Enthusiastic about TOTEME’s brand, vision, and sustainability goals.This is a full-time position based at TOTEME's Head Office in Stockholm, starting as soon as possible.TOTEME has teams in Stockholm, London, New York, and Shanghai, as well as retail spaces across Europe, North America, and Asia.
