Our team is dynamic, collaborative, and driven by the mission to make everyone feel comfortable and confident in their skin.Role OverviewThe Merchandising Assistant, Men’s will play a key role in supporting the end-to-end product lifecycle for the SKIMS Men’s division—from initial line planning and sample coordination to market preparation and post-season analysis. This individual will help deliver a curated, cohesive, and data-driven assortment that resonates across all channels, from wholesale partners to direct-to-consumer.You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Design, Product Development, Production, Sales, Planning, and Marketing to ensure the assortment reflects SKIMS’ brand vision and meets business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Men’s Merchant in building and maintaining seasonal line plans, line sheets, and merchandising tools.Assist with PLM data entry, pricing updates, and product information accuracy across systems.Coordinate samples for fittings, photoshoots, and market appointments.Prepare for internal and external product presentations, including visual line sheets, product decks, and market tools.Analyze weekly, monthly, and seasonal sales performance to identify trends, key drivers, and opportunities.Partner with Product Development and Production to track sample status, delivery timelines, and product updates.Collaborate with Planning and Sales to align assortment strategies with inventory and performance goals.Participate in competitive and market research to help inform future assortment and merchandising strategiesSkills, Knowledge and Expertise1–2 years of experience in Merchandising, Buying, or Product Development within fashion or retail.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field preferred.Passion for product, trends, and the evolving men’s fashion landscape.Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with PLM or ERP systems a plus.Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Collaborative, proactive, and self-motivated team player who thrives in a cross-functional environment.Deep understanding of the SKIMS aesthetic and brand values.Benefits, Culture and PerksBenefits and CultureUp to 100% Company Paid Healthcare (medical, dental, vision)Kind Body Fertility Benefits 401(k) savings plan with up to 4% matchUnlimited PTO Full Access to LinkedIn learningEmployee Discounts Perks (HQ Location)Free weekly catered lunch at HQ – M/T/W/ThDog-Friendly office on a Thursday and FridayFree Swag Giveaways Annual Holiday PartyAnnual Summer Party Invitations to pop-ups and other company events Complimentary daily office snacks and beverages
