Job Description

Responsibilities:1. Commercial: Identify Category trends and set design and fabric guidelines by category for Design and Buying teams. Implement findings in the range plan, by season.2. Work closely with Finance, brand inventory team as well as the Head of buying in the establishment of the final range plan.3. Set up a delivery plan for our brand and online collections with Sales, buying, and design teams.4. Be in the supply market, together with the Head of Buying develop new garment suppliers, and spot new market trends.5. Join the Design team on seasonal inspiration trips.6. Together with the Head of Buying in charge of setting up seasonal fabric concept.7. Overseas Design process together with Brand director, eg overall concept, color, and fabric.8. Procurement and Buying: Management of category buying team, in charge of product development whole process, including fitting, bulk management, price, quality, lead time control, etc.9. Drive product development by supporting the total design process and ensuring the latest developments/techniques/fabrics are used.10. Order placement with suppliers including negotiating purchase prices, quality, deliveries, etc. to meet KPIs for margins, quality, and lead-time/delivery on time.11. Develop & execute a competitive production strategy (incl. speed to market in trends and repeats) and further develop a supplier base to meet the objectives.12. Lead partnerships with cross-functional departments/brands to develop long-term strategies to achieve the goals of the business with parameters of cost and quality targets and delivery schedules.13. Guarantee fit and quality remains at a high level and kept up-to-date.14. Together with company Head of buying develop new garment suppliers. Identify new supplier needs.15. Constantly looking to improve sales growth and sales-through in the brand’s multichannel network of retail and online shops.Responsibility1. At least 10 years of relevant work experience in the area of Design, buying or merchandising, better in Menswear2. Proven excellent leadership skills and strong management track record3. Hands-on product skills and skilled in the technical area4. Bachelor's degree in textiles or proven track record in the fashion industry5. Ability to set priorities and work organized6. Strong analytical skills and a good business mindset7. Strong fashion sense and ability to implement new trends in the product development process8. Strong negotiation skills9. Good English skills, both spoken and written10. Eager to bring the best product to the shop floor
