ResponsibilitiesManage the stock allocation & replenishment if necessary.Identify the bestsellers and slow movers and taking appropriate action so as to meet business objectives.Monitor overall stock health KPIs like stock cover, range availability, dead stock at SKU level and create alert mechanisms.Co-ordinate with internal teams like Brand Team, Sales Team, Warehouse, other channels to ensure smooth conduct of business.Liaise with shipping to ensure timely and cost-efficient deliveries of merchandise from the principal.Liaise with finance to ensure timely raising of POs and tracking of credit notes from the brand principal, if any.Liaise with the brand principal to share routine reports on business performance.QualificationsBachelor degree holder any fieldRequired SkillsMinimum 10 years experiences in Merchandising & Planning skills, especially in beauty or fashion retail company.High comfort level with MS Office, especially Power Point and Word.Advanced/Intermediate Excel Skills: ability to handle large set of complex data and model it as per requirement.Preferred SkillsAdded advantage if have prior experience with data-warehouse, SAP, business planning tools.Fluent with English, good communication skills.Equal Opportunity StatementWe are committed to diversity and inclusivity.
