Key Responsibilities:Stock Monitoring: Track and analyze stock levels across all retail outlets to ensure optimal availability and prevent overstocking or stockouts.Stock Movement Analysis: Monitor product inflows and outflows per outlet and identify unusual patterns, slow-moving items, or high shrinkage.Inventory Health Check: Assess the health of inventory by outlet, including stock turnover rates and aging products.System Updates: Ensure accurate data entry of stock movements, transfers, and adjustments in the inventory management system.Stock Audits: Assist in periodic physical stock counts and reconciliations to maintain accurate inventory records.Reporting Support: Prepare and update basic inventory reports for the inventory and merchandising teams.Store Communication: Coordinate with store teams to follow up on stock issues, transfers, or replenishment needs.Loss Prevention Support: Assist in identifying and reporting inventory discrepancies or product damages.Job Requirements:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in inventory control, stock analysis, or retail operations (beauty or FMCG industry preferred).Technical Skills: Familiarity with inventory systems (e.g., ERP, SAP, or retail POS) and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, basic formulas).Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret stock data and make observations about stock movement and performance by outlet.Attention to Detail: High accuracy in tracking, recording, and analyzing inventory.Communication Skills: Comfortable coordinating with store teams and reporting findings to the supervisor or merchandising team.Team Player: Willing to learn, adapt, and support cross-functional teams in stock-related tasks.
